Whisk Averse Baking started during a season of stress baking. As I delivered pan after pan of goodies to our neighbors, I realized that most of my recipes didn’t include my favorite adjustments – and thus weren’t reproducible. With my own risk-averse tendencies and science-major background, it was obvious that something needed to be done. This blog began as an effort to document some of my family’s favorite dishes so that you can share them with loved ones of your own.
